Megan Conklin
Substitute Teacher/Instructional Trainer

Megan Conklin received her Masters in Teaching in 2001 from The Evergreen State College and her National Board Certification in 2005. She has been working in education as a teacher, an instructional specialist, and a substitute ever since. After mentoring new teachers and coaching veteran teachers in classrooms for ten years, Megan is now focusing on substitute teacher and paraprofessional training. Her project, SubCommunities: Professional Learning Communities for Substitute Educators, is being supported and funded through the Washington Education Association.

Dinali Dhammapala
Instructional Coach

Dinali received her masters in Teacher Leadership from San Diego State University. With more than thirty years of experience in the Early Childhood field, Dinali is empowering all those who work with children aged 0 -5 with trainings, resources and tools so they in turn will create a high quality environment for children to grow, explore and thrive. 

 

Dinali also advocates Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practices within the Early learning framework. As an educator she is passionate about equity among the ECE workforce as well. A majority of ECE workers happen to be from minority groups. Being a South Asian American herself, she identifies with them and continue to advocate for them.
